The Team Lead, Junk Removal Operations position starts at $16 per hour, plus performance bonuses (add $2 to $9/hr), and tips that range from $0 to $150 or more per job doing junk removal work; which is a lot like moving... packing, loading, and hauling away of household or business items. Often, team members see high tips and bonuses for their hard work.

You must be available Monday - Saturday. Hours vary from starting between 7am and 9am; mostly 8am, and ending 2pm to 7pm; mostly around 5pm.

Experience:
- physical labor: 5 years (Preferred)
- 2 years driving with a chauffeur license.
- 2 years with a moving company besides 2 Men and a Truck
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Chauffeurs Permit
- Proven experience in driving and operating vehicles safely
- Ability to adhere to traffic laws and regulations
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with local routes
- Excellent driving record with no major violations
- Physical stamina to handle labor-intensive tasks
- Willingness to perform both driving and laborer duties as needed
- MOVING EXPERIENCE A MUST
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles to transport goods and materials as required.
- Maintain a valid Chauffeurs Permit and adhere to all driving regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading items, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet delivery schedules and project deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all.
