Seasonal Usher

Summary/Objective

• Assist fans by helping them locate their seats throughout the stadium
• Make sure seating aisles are cleared and cleaned every other inning
• Answer all fan questions about the stadium and team
• Assist in keeping Jackson Field clean before, throughout, and after every game and event
• Work with the management staff to resolve any situation which requires attention
  
  

Other Duties

• Be a leader in customer service
• Conduct self in a professional manner both in personal appearance and attitude
• Drive our golf cart shuttles to and from neighboring parking areas
• Perform other duties as determined by the Director, Stadium Operations
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Must be polite, friendly and posses excellent public relations skills as this position has extensive guest contact
• Must have reliable transportation
• The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekend
• The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills
