Establishes a robust technical-support structure and ensures its continued maintenance and improvement. As product matures, evolves focus from development to a balance of hands-on user support and engineering responsibilities.

A Successful Candidate Will Do The Following
- Develop and implement software solutions that enhance the operational support framework.
- Work closely with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to our software application, including connectivity problems, data-transmission failures, and integration issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for internal tools and automation efforts.
- Establish best practices for operational support and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and collaborate across departments.
- Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution using tools such as ServiceNow and Atlassian Jira.
- Facilitate discussions about design choices, tradeoffs, and emerging patterns to ensure system designs align with technical and business goals.
- Design and develop complex back-end services using frameworks such as Spring Boot and .NET Core.
- Lead the design and implementation of front-end applications using frameworks like Angular and TypeScript.
- Build and optimize scalable ETL workflows and data pipelines using tools such as Informatica.
- Design and maintain data warehouses, leveraging both relational databases and NoSQL databases.
- Implement and maintain event-driven architectures, including messaging protocols such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of applications deployed on Cloud platforms, especially Azure
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- A minimum of nine (9) years of experience in software development and technical support, preferably in healthcare IT or software support
- Proficiency in programming languages (particularly Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, and C )
- Proficiency in frameworks for developing applications (such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and Bootstrap)
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Experience establishing support process for new products or services
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Understanding of healthcare operational processes and their integration within the healthcare environment
- Experience with ticket-management systems, preferably ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience using telemetry tools (such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Splunk) for monitoring system health, performance, and security
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work directly with clients
- Ability to successfully complete a Position of Public Trust Level 5 background investigation
- Hands-on experience implementing healthcare data standards (such as HL7 FHIR)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices regarding healthcare data
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
- Familiarity with CDC reporting systems, particularly NHSN
- Basic scripting skills for automating routine tasks and enhancing support capabilities
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols for troubleshooting network-related issues
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow, or AWS/Azure
- Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating proficiency in communication
