Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by effectively developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Utilize prospect-centered selling techniques to generate leads through strong external relationships with industry professionals.
- CRM Management: Oversee day-to-day activities using our CRM system to ensure effective lead tracking and follow-up.
- Community Engagement: Work closely with the Resident Services Director to ensure quality placement of potential clients in Assisted Living/Memory Care neighborhoods.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to implement successful and productive events, creating lasting impressions for leads and referral sources.
- Tours & Outreach: Conduct community tours, host prospect and professional events, and present the various lifestyle options available (Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care) to tailor personalized care plans for potential residents.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in sales and marketing, with at least one (1) year of experience within a senior living community, preferably in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
- Skills: Proven ability to discover sales motivations, build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with flexible scheduling to support sales efforts.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive locally for external business development; occasional travel for training and workshops may be required.
