- Approaching graduation from a university program in Computer Sciences, Engineering, and Information Technology.
- 1-2 years of professional experience and are now looking for accelerated growth in a challenging environment in Consulting. Transitioning from a non-consulting profession (e.g., military, education, customer service) included.
- Must have technical abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be in-person at the program location listed and be fully engaged in our program.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach.
- Interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, and time management are important for integrating into the workplace and collaborating effectively.
- Demonstrating strong self-sufficiency and initiative as a self-starter.
- Genuine interest in becoming a consultant and driving solutions for multiple clients and initiatives on a frequent basis.
- Big appetite and passion for AI and Microsoft space.
- Prior experience through internships, part-time jobs, or academic projects can be beneficial, as it demonstrates practical application of skills.
