Job Description

Rebekah's Health & Nutrition Source, established in 2007, is one of Michigan's largest supplier of high-quality health products. We are dedicated to providing premium organic supplements, vitamins, and natural remedies to support our customers' wellness journeys. Our knowledgeable and passionate staff offer personalized guidance, consultations, and workshops to promote a healthier, more vibrant community.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including supplements, vitamins, and holistic remedies, to provide informed recommendations.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Stay informed about new products and trends in holistic health and nutrition.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Ability to work 8 : 45 AM to 7 : 15PM M-SAT, 9 : 45AM-5 : 15PM SUN, with flexible shift availability.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is preferred.

Basic knowledge or genuine interest in holistic health, natural remedies, and supplements is highly preferred.

Previous experience in a health food store or wellness-focused retail environment is a strong plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments

Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
