Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Utilize basic math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Passionate about living a health lifestyle
- Knowledge of supplement, vitamins and nutrients a must.
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify customer needs.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to engage customers effectively.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
