Shifts are from 11:00 AM to 7:15 PM, with rotating weekends.The ideal candidate will elevate customer experiences through outstanding service, deep product knowledge, and a heartfelt desire to make a difference. This role blends retail sales expertise with strong communication skills and a commitment to finding the right solutions for every client.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
• Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Utilize basic math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Passionate about living a health lifestyle
• Knowledge of supplement, vitamins and nutrients a must.
• Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify customer needs.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
• Ability to engage customers effectively.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
