Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain phone etiquette while handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Utilize Excel for financial record keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Oversee office management duties including inventory management, supply ordering, billing and payment details.
- Implement organizational systems to streamline office processes and enhance productivity.
- Support customer support initiatives by coordinating with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Train and supervise clerical staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
