Sales Representative HVAC
LaPlante Electric is growing our team and is looking for a sales representative to help prospective clients decide which of our generator and heat pump options best fit their needs.
The perfect candidate is self-motivated, consultative, professional, reliable, and interested in growing with an amazing team.
- Full-time positions available. Saturday and Sunday occasionial coverage a huge plus, as we do have staffing needs on the weekends.
- Average compensation in the 6 figure range.

This is an outside sales position for which sales calls are set up by our customer care team. You'll be responsible for visiting potential clients' homes, assessing their needs, and making a recommendation as to which options might be best for them.
