Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings (internal and external) and conferences as needed.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to obtain additional information, provide updates, and notify them of shipment statuses, including preparing and sharing international shipping documentation.
- Conduct preliminary screenings of sales lead lists, credit references, and related materials.
- Manage general office tasks such as answering phones, scanning, copying, and filing documents.
- Assist the Marketing team in maintaining promotional and sales materials.
- Support the coordination and execution of trade shows.
- Help maintain and implement our Food Safety program.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
- Effectively multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism and resilience.
- Exhibit creative problem-solving and "out-of-the-box" thinking.
- Quickly learn and retain product and industry knowledge.
- Utilize exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other essential software.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year Associate Business Degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Above-average organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
