Schedule : Sunday 10a-5p
Monday - Thursday 8a-5p
Compensation : $17.50-$19.00 based on experience.

Position Purpose :
The Customer Service Specialist at Performance Foodservice is essential to our company's success. You will be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries about their orders, our products, and Performance Foodservice as a whole. Serving as a liaison between the customer and the Sales Account Representative, you will also collaborate with various internal departments to ensure excellent service.

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent. A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. A strong customer-centric attitude and professional demeanor are essential. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel in a SharePoint environment, is necessary.
