LGA Appliance is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and keep daily operations running smoothly. As a key player in a fast-paced appliance company, you’ll handle everything from managing calendars and communications to bookkeeping and office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Executive-level support including calendar management, meeting co-ordination, events and travel arrangements
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, data entry, reconciliation) using accounting software
- Responsible for AP and AR
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Acquire and distribute store supplies
- Ensure smooth office operations, including supply management and general administrative tasks
- Assist with phone calls as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in the appliance or related industries is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- General computer proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
