RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles and directs all incoming calls, greets, and directs company visitors
- Initiates daily billing process in a timely manner through our ERP system, customer portals, and e-store
- Prepares invoices for mailing
- Ensure all supporting documentation is scanned and filed
- Data entry of daily and weekly reports
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and literature mailings
- Coordinates catering for company meetings when requested
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties/projects
- Follows safe work practices
- Helps to maintain a clean office environment for the health and safety of employees and guests
- Supports departmental and Company goals and initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Non-Supervisory position
- Reports to the HR Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent – Associates Degree Preferred
- 2-years office or invoicing/billing experience
- Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Clear, effective communication skills both verbal and written
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
- Proven experience working within a team environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be punctual, have a positive attitude and be detail oriented
