Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team under the general direction of the Regional Sales Director. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, promoting sales of products and services to end-user customers within an assigned account base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them
- Creating and delivering compelling sales proposals to grow share and maximize gross margin profit
- Leading customer meetings and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong technical skills and ability to understand complex concepts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 plus participation in LAPP's bonus plan. Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Vision, Dental, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401(k), HSA/FSA, Life Insurance, and more.
