- Develop and implement strategic plans to attain growth goals focused on the wire, cable, and connector space.
- Manage a team of District Sales Managers and Field Sales personnel, providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify sales opportunities for new products serving existing target markets.
