Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Assist with phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages professionally.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly while maintaining excellent guest relations.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
