We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves managing catering events from conception to execution, ensuring high standards of food quality and service while leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of catering events, including menu selection, staffing, and logistics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert recommendations for menu items and service styles.
• Oversee food production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and service areas.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services and increase sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or food service management, preferably in a catering or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of the food industry, including trends in casual dining and event catering.
• Previous experience as an Catering Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in staff training and team management to foster a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members alike.
