Full-time Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High Energy

- Ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Excellent and Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid US Driver License
- Strong computer skills, email and internet proficiency
- Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
- Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Adaptable to change and problem-solving abilities preferred
- Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred but NOT required!
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Consult with new and existing customers regarding vehicle purchases using the LPM sales process
- Place and receive phone calls to potential customers
- Follow up with customers after the sale
- Customer database management
- Use video to respond to internet customers
- Set appointments with online customers
- Provide price quotes
- Complete detailed paperwork
- Use social media to reach potential customers
- Fuel vehicles
- Keep dealership lot organized
- Other duties as assigned
