Salary : $25 - $30 DOE
Job Purpose : Join our dynamic Finance team and play a key role in shaping Largay Travel's financial future! You will be a supportive leader working directly with the Director of Finance and the rest of the Finance team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Make an Impact : Process payments, ACH and wire transfers that keep our business moving forward!
Be a Travel Advisor Liaison : Build relationships with Travel Advisors and become a trusted resource.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire : Tackle Zendesk tickets and find creative solutions to support our team.
Global Teamwork : Collaborate with and help supervise our International Team in the Philippines and broaden your horizons.
Financial Guru : Dive into reconciliations and generate reports that drive our business decisions.
Required Qualifications :
Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience with accounting software.
Experience using Excel or similar software and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Administrative experience using Word or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experienced Administrator : Your organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued!
Travel Industry Enthusiast : Experience with airline reservations, travel industry systems (TRES, Sabre), and data reporting tools is a plus!
Some college is preferred.
Working Conditions :
Flexibility : Work full-time in our Waterbury, Connecticut office or remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Teamwork and Collaboration : Join us for Zoom and Google meetings weekly (and sometimes daily) to connect with your team and stay in the loop.
