Salary: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (hourly plus monthly performance bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle heavy inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to improving customer satisfaction.
- Schedule sales appointments and log all customer interactions.
- Conduct follow-up calls and confirm scheduled appointments.
- Manage customer requests via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
- Update customer information in the CRM and notify necessary departments of appointments.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned and work towards meeting or exceeding monthly goals.
- Maintain Saturday availability to support business operations.
Essential Duties:
- Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Schedule follow-up contacts for customers without appointments.
- Post scheduled appointments on the appointment board.
- Reschedule no-show customer appointments and ensure future contact is scheduled as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in phone or customer service roles, preferably in automotive or business development.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at first contact with customers.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable with data entry and computer systems.
