Assembly must be willing to work in all required aspects of the job when needed. This includes assembly, disassembly, loading and unloading of trucks, cleaning parts, shop cleanup, shop maintenance and organization and assisting others as needed. Requirements:
1. Highschool education (preferred) or higher.
2. Subject to background and drug testing.
3. Mechanical background and aptitude preferred.
4. Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
5. Ability to interpret assembly drawings.
6. Able to safely lift 50 lbs.
7. Achieving all improvement and goal requirements agreed to during annual reviews
8. The ability to clearly communicate and follow instructions to meet company expectations for assigned tasks.
9. Functional understanding and retention of the Disassembly and Assembly processes and documentation requirements.
10. Ability to interpret drawings.
11. Functional recognition of all product equipment and assembly components (part numbers, mark numbers and descriptions).
Expectations:
1. Continuous improvement and maintaining expectations.
2. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and condition of TLT provided toolbox, assigned tools, shared tools, and company equipment.
3. Maintain safety requirements to include but not limited: use of PPE, rigging and transporting of assemblies and equipment with a heightened level of safety practices.
4. Adheres to all shop processes and flows per our standards.
5. Effectively supportive in multiple areas and aspects of our products.
6. Self-sufficient in cleaning and prepping of parts and paperwork to achieve all inspection, storage, and assembly requirements.
7. Ability to work with others to maintain efficiency, quality, and schedule.
8. Continued instruction and direction by senior coworkers and management.
9. Continuous learning and understanding of all required assembly (disassembly) process, binder approvals, project details and paperwork associated with the product.
