As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape our key product initiatives' vision and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision – Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders.
- Market & Customer Research – Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify trends to develop data-driven product strategies.
- Roadmap Development – Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration—Work closely with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing teams to efficiently bring products to market.
- Go-to-Market Strategy – Develop product positioning, messaging, and launch plans in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
- Product Performance & Analytics – Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication – Articulate product decisions and updates to executive leadership, customers, and internal teams.
- Agile Development & Execution – Lead Agile product development cycles, write user stories, and manage backlog grooming.
- Customer Advocacy – Act as a customer advocate, ensuring products deliver meaningful value and an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or scientific field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 4 years' experience in product management within a history of successful product development
- Analytical and results-oriented, focused on process; capable of providing product leadership from inception through project completion.
- Data-driven decision-making involves integrating feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by powerful presentation abilities.
Preferred Knowledge
- Preferred: Knowledge of the remote sensing market, specifically in earth observation, multi- and hyperspectral imaging, drone, aerial, and space imaging systems and markets.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the photonics industry, including optical systems, LEDs, lasers, electro-optics, radiometry, and photometry.
Salary : $165,000 - $195,000
