- Responsible for identifying, tracking, and resolving problems associated with Identity Incidents
- Will onboard applications into Hyatt's Identity Platform, including setting up apps in Omada and Entra ID
- Will assist in the implementation of Role-based access controls
- Required to write technical documentation for Hyatt's Global Technical Support Team
- Will support Hyatt's Sr. Engineers and Architects in limited project work
- Will monitor the health of Hyatt's Identity Platform.
