IAM Operations
Duration: 6-9 months to start with chance of extension
Supplementing day to day work of the other engineers so they can focus on the project.
Working tickets coming out of their ticketing system
3-5 years of experience
App teams, incidents from service desk, sending tickets
Identity platform issues, correcting those issues
Needs someone with Servicenow and written communications
Understanding of identity platforms
Entra ID basic experience is a must, not much configuring but need to be able to help resolve issues.
Sync the systems together so how identity systems flow together.
More flexible on location for this one.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
