Job Description
- Essential Skills: 3 to 5 years of experience in the Banking Industry, Agile experience, Contact center, Deployment of new IVR applications and enhancements, Microsoft Office 365, Requirement Elicitation
- Desirable Skills: 1-3 years with a SQL or Oracle databases, Advanced Tableau skills, Genesys Certified Associate, Talkdesk, Verint
- Role: Provide system support for assigned business unit or application, maintain application systems, research and correct problems, test and implement new software or software modifications, develop user training, develop documentation, generate and monitor reports, provide technical support, act as liaison between software vendors and business unit
- Responsibilities: Lead assigned projects, maintain in-depth knowledge of applications, analyze existing systems and identify improvements, recommend business practices, develop operational procedures, design processes to meet regulatory requirements, provide technical support, serve as liaison between software vendors and business units, create and maintain documentation, participate in off-hour production releases, manage incidents and problems, assist in developing and executing strategic plans
- Basic Requirements: Agile System Development life cycle experience, Experience as a business or systems analyst, Experience in banking and contact center
- Beneficial Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, Project planning and management, Knowledge and Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies, Experience in a Business Analyst role, Experience with Microsoft products including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Visio, Experience with ServiceNow platform, Experience with Agile collaboration tools, Genesys Cloud certification, Experience with contact center systems.
