Job Requirements -
- The OmniSales Commercial team is looking to add a Project Manager for B2B Sales Delivery with a solid background in Salesforce applications.
- In this role, the Project Management will work on multiple concurrent projects that will deliver Salesforce solutions to aid in the transformation of our Global Project Initiative.
- This is a US based role only within company but includes collaborating with our Zone and Global partners.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion of the milestones.
- The role includes Business Analyst for the project application portfolio. The Project Manager will participate in the understanding of the business case.
- This position will collaborate with diverse application, infrastructure, architecture, and integration teams to devise project plans, track critical path items, and help cut through roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build and develop relationships across the L’Oreal Americas, ensuring B2B Sales leaders, stakeholders and external partners are aligned with the project standards and processes.
- This position will report directly to the OmniSales Commercial Director for Delivery Management.
- Prepare and share status reports to client and internal stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience -
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Services, Business or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have over 6-9 years of project management experience on enterprise applications,
- Experience working in a Global IT organization.
