- Position: SAP HCM SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant
- Location: Remote and onsite work at Harrisburg, PA
- Duration: 6 months
- Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, maintain integrations between Successfactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase systems; Lead the Onboarding 2.0 project; Configure and customize standard integrations; Analyze business requirements; Develop and maintain custom integrations; Perform all levels of testing; Monitor integrations; Document all integration processes; Train other resources; Provide support to end-users; Participate in project planning and meetings.
- Duties: Complete assigned tasks and projects; Coordinate and execute all development aspects; Document requirements; Perform technical functions; Document progress and details; Perform and coordinate testing; Document and demonstrate changes; Work with the PTC system administration team; Provide documentation and knowledge transfer; Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients; Adhere to the PTC standards, policies, and procedures; Utilize various software and technology tools; Perform tasks and duties as assigned by the PTC.
- Education and Experience: 5 years of SAP HCM and/or Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 experience; 5 Years of Successfactors Integration Center experience related to Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM; Experience working with Successfactors APIs and integrating those using 3rd party integration systems like Informatica or SAP PO; Deep knowledge of Successfactors Onboarding processes; Experience using integrations to send documents from Successfactors to a document management system like OnBase; Experience transferring Onboarding data to an external HRIS system (specifically SAP ECC); Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills.
- Desired Skills: Successfactors and/or SAP HCM certifications; Experience working with SAP PO; Experience with ABAP development.
- Engagement Requirements: Candidate will need to report onsite once per month; Must complete ePATCH background check, and ClearChecks National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.
