- Role includes executing change management training
- Expected to oversee end-to-end training strategy for SAP S/4 HANA Implementation
- Responsible for equipping employees with knowledge and skills for new system transition
- Key responsibilities include training strategy development, training governance, team leadership, change support, training logistics and execution, effective assessment, and knowledge management
- Coordinate with project leaders, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to identify training needs
- Lead a team of trainers and instructional designers
- Collaborate with OCM and communications team to support larger efforts and communicate timelines
- Manage training schedules, resources, and budgets
- Develop training effectiveness assessment metrics and incorporate feedback for improvement
- Ensure knowledge management of training material and build a sustainable model post go-live
- Qualifications include 8 years of experience in leading training programs for ERP transformations (preferably SAP S/4 HANA), proficiency in creating training materials, bachelor's degree in a related field, expertise in instructional design and training delivery method, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with OCM frameworks like Prosci, APMG is needed
- Experience leading training initiatives for ERP implementations, SAP Fiori is a plus
- Able to train diverse audiences, including non-technical manufacturing employees and leadership teams
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week.
