- The role includes involvement in all phases of project, from requirements gathering to implementation.
- The candidate will serve as a liaison between the business community, the software quality assurance team, project management and the technical development team.
- Key responsibilities include staying current on stakeholder needs, assisting in the realization of program objectives, producing high-quality documents, participating in JAD workshops, developing user stories, and supporting stakeholders during each release/implementation.
- Other duties involve coordinating with business stakeholders, utilizing program's management tools, reviewing existing processes for improvement, and serving as an SME for the program.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree, 4-5 years of IT applications experience as a Business Analyst, and at least 2 years of experience supporting a benefits management program’s eligibility management processes.
- Necessary skills include the ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, excellent communication & negotiation skills, expertise in information systems and business operations, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, collaborative tools, and Agile SDLC processes.
- The candidate must be energetic, driven, committed to project success, and capable of working under tight time constraints and pressure.
