8. Role: Contributing to the design and development of enterprise-level Pega applications, deploying large-scale Pega projects, managing business processes, and enhancing customer experience.
9. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science, experience as a Pega developer, knowledge of Pega Platform, J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB, Angular JS, jQuery, Scrum and Agile methodology, web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML, project management skills, and problem-solving ability.
10. Responsibilities: Providing strategic leadership, designing Pega solutions, ensuring adherence to Pega standards, leading Pega projects, mentoring junior architects and developers, collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and development teams, and managing risks related to Pega implementations.
