Rapidly growing Largo based LP & Natural Gas installation company seeking an Office Assistant.
Qualified candidate will perform general office duties, including, but not limited to answering calls, scanning documents, dispatch, scheduling, invoicing & accounts receivable. Individual will be organized and able to multitask.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Windows & Office.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Possess above average listening comprehension skills.
- Take verbal direction and complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Dependability & promptness is a must.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the supervisor, customers and team members at all times.
