Larimer County Community Corrections is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our mission of enhancing community safety and client accountability. This role plays a key part in managing essential administrative functions, supporting the Advisory Board, and assisting the management team with high-level projects and community events. Additionally, this position leads a small team of administrative specialists, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Schedule:
This is a full-time role with a Monday - Friday schedule during standard business hours, with some flexibility. Occasional evening hours, about twice per year, may be required for special events. Coordinating management-level meetings, including scheduling and note-taking
Overseeing policies, forms, and official data entry in state and national crime databases
Serving as a liaison to the Community Corrections Advisory Board for scheduling and projects
Managing office operations, including purchasing supplies, and budget tracking
Supervising administrative specialists and overseeing staff schedules and rotations
Maintaining the County Community Corrections website and internal staff site
Planning and coordinating community events like the Conrad Ball Award ceremony
Organizing staff recognition events, ceremonies, and celebrations

What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Google Docs, Forms, and Spreadsheets, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Visio, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Strong time management, organization, and project coordination skills
Effective problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
A customer service mindset with an understanding of the criminal justice or legal system
Familiarity with community corrections is preferred but not required
Confidence in interacting with high-level community and criminal justice stakeholders
