To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license. A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is preferred, with two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing and one year as an educator also being beneficial. Experience in Gerontology is desirable, and training in adult learning can be advantageous.
