We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Full-Time HR Clerk to handle clerical tasks at the front desk of our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner, providing basic HR-related information when needed.
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for HR staff
- Manage office supplies, ensuring the HR department is stocked with necessary materials.
- Provide clerical support for HR functions
- Assist with general office tasks such as scanning, photocopying HR-related documents.
- Help maintain the HR filing system, ensuring all documents are stored in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Required)
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday; 8:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M.
Salary Range:
$16.00 to $17.00/per hour
