Who Are You?
The Front Desk Concierge is the first point of contact for our residents, guests, and visitors. This role is essential in providing a warm welcome, clear communication, and timely assistance to everyone who enters our community or contacts us by phone. You are courteous, detail-oriented, professional, and skilled at multitasking—all while ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
A Day in the Life:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, guests, vendors, and staff with professionalism and hospitality
- Monitor security systems, handle emergency calls, and report unusual activity to appropriate leadership
- Create and dispatch work orders from staff or residents to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area
- Keep the front desk procedures manual updated and share best practices with the team
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and assist with general coordination
- Maintain situational awareness and provide timely updates to relief staff
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Preferred: At least one (1) year of receptionist and/or similar experience
- Experience using office equipment and multi-line phone systems

Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
