Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic in-house marketing duties.
- Answer questions pertaining to our memberships and programs.
Experience:
If you are responsible, good with people, have basic computer skills, and don’t mind taking videos from time to time of the kids playing, and parent testimonials you will be a good fit. Basketball knowledge is a plus.
As the Front Desk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our basketball academy. Your excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.
