Job Description
The role of Customer Service/Marketing Assistant is a very important role in our organization as you are responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s relationships with its current and future customers. The Customer Service/Marketing Assistant will generally work some weekday evenings from 4:30pm – 8:30pm and some weekend days; however, there may be times outside of those regular time frames where you could be needed. The position is part time and approximately 10-20 hours per week. We are seeking somebody with a strong passion for family, who appreciates the important role youth sports plays in the growth of a young person, recognizes the importance of this journey to the parents of our young athletes, as well as somebody with strong customer service and organizational skills. With this role you will also be collaborating with the BTS marketing team to create engaging video content for website, social media outlets, and training programs.
The ideal candidate will possess great verbal and written communication skills, be friendly on purpose, and will be able to maintain and enhance excellent relationships with our customers and their families.
The Customer Service/Marketing Assistant are expected to be a team player to contribute to the overall operations of the business.
Responsibilities
Our Customer Service Associate will take on general tasks related to the day-to day operations of the business, including activities related to:
· Maintaining excellent relationships with customers
· Responsible for contact with families to ensure their happiness
· Parent Communication/Education
o Communicates to parents any change in the program
o Communicates to parents any promotions with the organization
o Responsible for education parents of policies and procedures
· Selling memberships
- Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding billing and membership accounts
- Video filming, capturing content for social media and marketing
- Photography
- Graphic design
- Support all aspects of social media including designing posts, monitoring communication. Develop content for and maintain social media channels including:
- Guerilla marketing and developing local partnerships, especially with schools
- Community events, scheduling, attending, and promoting LHBA
- Sponsorship sales and maintenance of partnerships
Requirements
· Upbeat and enthusiastic attitude

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
