Are you an experienced litigation attorney that has often felt you are under-appreciated and under-challenged? Does the thought of helping others give you a sense of purpose? Responsibilities :

Litigating with or against insurance companies.
Preparation, draft, and review of voluminous legal documents
Manage files for litigation matters working one-on-one with other attorneys, paralegals. legal assistants, law clerks, and office staff
Interact with clients, referral sources, opposing counsel, adjusters, and any one else that will help you succeed in bring your cases to a successful outcome.
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Preparation and attendance at mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials

Qualifications :

Three to five years of first party property insurance litigation experience

Familiarity with various legal documents

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
