Job Summary
Our Litigation Attorneys are responsible for all aspects of a case in state and federal court. This includes pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trial.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and file lawsuits
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Schedule and attend fact witness depositions
- Retain all appropriate experts and attend all expert depositions
- Schedule and attend all hearings
- Prepare for and attend mediations
- Prepare cases for trial and try cases to verdict
- Prepare and file appropriate post-trial motions
- Attend file audits, litigation attorney meetings, and trial clinics
