Responsibilities:
- Project manage marketing through all stages of development from brief to implementation in collaboration with Marketing Director, internal teams, and external partners (e.g., agencies, photographers, designers, etc.)
- Ensure streamlined, clear communication to vendors and internal stakeholders, including maintaining up-to-date weekly meeting agendas with vendors and internal teams
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the current digital media landscape and target audiences, allowing our advertising to stay on top of the latest media trends
- Plan, execute, and manage performance reporting and analysis of online and offline campaigns and make recommendations for media mix adjustments based on KPIs
- Plan and buy local traditional media to reach various target audiences (e.g. print, out-of-home, radio,TV, etc.)
- Recommend campaign adjustments leaning on expertise with lead generation, Search Engine Optimizations (SEO), and strong understanding of website best practices
- Support Marketing Director in creating and codifying scalable processes to produce and distribute assets across owned and paid platforms
- Other duties as assigned
