PMHNP – HOSPITAL IN MASSACHUSETTS -$25K RETENTION BONUS
LOCATION: Boston, MA area
COMPENSATION: Salary range to $160K with $25K RETENTION BONUS and an excellent Benefit Package
This over 100 bed facility is equipped with the latest safety features designed to provide patients with a comfortable environment to receive therapeutic care. It is the newest mental health facility of its kind in Massachusetts and is in the Boston area.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. The team includes psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists and educators. Be able to establish empathy and a person-centered approach to patients. Can recognize own limitations and respond to difficult situations. Skillfully work in a self-motivated and independent manner. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members as well as clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Massachusetts.
- Education: Completion of a Master’s Program (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
Salary : $160,000
