Duties
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to established guidelines and safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain power tools and farm machinery used in the application process.
- Conduct inspections of landscapes to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to landscape maintenance.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites safely.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including dates, locations, and quantities used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred.
- Knowledge of pest control methods and safety practices is essential.
- Proficiency in operating power tools and farm machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong sales skills are a plus for promoting additional services to clients.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
