We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing repairs on equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and low voltage systems as needed.
- Execute field service tasks, including installation and repair of industrial equipment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform welding tasks, including stick welding.
- Operate scissor lifts safely while performing maintenance tasks at heights.
- Use tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical problems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall facility operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Experience with logic controllers and low voltage electrical systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in welding techniques, particularly stick welding, is a plus.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
