Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Larsen Manufacturing, founded in 1999, is a family-held, precision metal fabrication and stamping manufacturer that has built its business on quality product that exceeds customer expectations. We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Manager whose primary function will be the responsibility of the installation and maintenance of punch press and related stamping equipment and other sheet metal manufacturing equipment. The responsibilities include inspection, lubrication, preventive/predictive maintenance and reacting to unplanned maintenance needs for production equipment.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and enhances maintenance methods and procedures.
- Will work with other groups and individuals to promote a team environment.
- Involved in the quality, inspection, assembly, integration, testing and installation of equipment.
- Maintains documentation, such as test histories and ensure they are complete and update to date.
- Analyzes and solves electrical and mechanical problems which cause downtime or otherwise limit productive capacity of equipment.
- Makes recommendations to modify or replace equipment when necessary to support demand or improve productivity.
- Performs all work in a manner that ensures the safety of self and others, paying particular attention to lock out / tag out requirements.
- Responsible for the Environmental Management System functions as identified in the maintenance schedule, or as assigned.
- Possesses basic math and problem solving abilities.
- Ensures that all responsibilities and functions performed are in accordance with company policy/procedures and meet required quality standards.
- Monitors workmanship and work instructions to ensure compliance with the Quality System.
- Conducts all preventative maintenance.
- Assists operators and machinist as required.
- Advises supervisor of conduct that may violate rules, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong trouble-shooting and programming diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuitry.
- Performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of equipment to include: Stamping Press, PLC’s, relay logic, servo motors, VFDs and different types of sensors and switches.
- Providing follow-up on equipment failures, determining root cause(s) and identifying actions to prevent recurrence.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in Stamping, PLC and robotic applications in a manufacturing setting is required.
- Strong trouble-shooting and programming diagnostic skills plus hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuitry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
