Customer Engagement Specialists Essential Functions:
- Call/schedule company provided leads- No cold calling * Answer incoming calls * Complete 30 outbound calls daily and follow up with unset leads * Meet/Exceed monthly goal * Assist sales team with rescheduling appointments * Miscellaneous office duties as needed
Customer Engagement Specialists Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong communication skills * Ability to follow a script * Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) * Attention to detail * Willingness to work individually but within a team * Customer Service experience in an office setting
Customer Engagement Specialists Qualifications Preferred:
- 2 years call center experience * Experience in construction industry * Experience with CRM-Service Titan
Job Type:
- Full-time * 8 hour shifts * Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour bonus opportunity
