Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and materials to ensure high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
• Prepare surfaces for pouring concrete, including setting forms and ensuring proper alignment.
• Apply plaster, caulking, and other materials as needed for finishing touches.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively, ensuring all equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist in flooring installation, hardscape projects, and metal stud framing as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete finishing with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools related to concrete work.
• Mechanical knowledge with a focus on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Experience with plastering, caulking, welding, flooring installation, hardscape techniques, and metal stud framing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Lake Mills, IA 50450: Relocate before starting work (Required)
