Your Opportunity Impact
The Project Management Lead (PML) will oversee the delivery of our professional services within the Group by coordinating and directing project managers and project management teams. This position is responsible for the overall management of project manager and their respective aspects of projects to include coordination and direction of technical design, quality control, and management aspects of projects including development and delivery of scope, budgeting and financial performance. This position is responsible for managing the project management teams to ensure project delivery goals are being met. The PML would also assist in the preparation and implementation of annual business goals and assist with multi-year strategic business plans. The PML also serve as a strategic project manager for key clients or projects. And may be participate in business development activities including developing and assisting with technical scope/fee proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Mentorship:
Foster an open, supportive environment where staff are encouraged to discuss their learning, growth, and advancement.
Coach, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve individual and collective success.
Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports on growth, skill development, training, compensation, and career advancement.
Facilitate regular performance reviews and discussions to align staff development with company objectives.
Project Oversight:
Oversee and support project managers in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
Assist in the review of technical proposals, presentations, and project deliverables.
Monitor project financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to established goals.
Promote and implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes to improve deliverables and minimize errors.
Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and other agreements in compliance with company policies.
Strategic Collaboration:Partner with peers and department leaders to satisfy interdisciplinary project needs.
Collaborate on the Group’s strategic and annual business plans, setting measurable goals and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with peers and operational management to ensure projects are properly staffed and resourced to meet project goals.
Engage with key clients to maintain strategic relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Marketing & Business Development:Support marketing and client development initiatives by contributing to the preparation of proposals, technical scopes, and fee structures.
Maintain and expand strategic client relationships, participating in negotiations and business development efforts.
Operational Management:Monitor team compliance with company policies and procedures, including time management and documentation.
Attend project negotiation meetings alongside project managers and clients, as necessary.
Execute agreements, contracts, and subcontracts, adhering to corporate approval policies.
Oversee financial management and risk assessment processes to ensure project profitability, mitigate potential risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards and company standards.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in position relevant Engineering/ Architectural field.
Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ job-related experience.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or equivalent, is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Must be able to interact with clients, project team, vendors, and other external groups in a professional manner.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), scheduling software, and Adobe Suite.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and have strong organizational, leadership and time management skills
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task while working independently.

Salary : $150,000 - $169,000
