As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening client partnerships, expanding our services, and growing our lines of business.
LOCATIONS: Hybrid or Onsite - Washington State, Western WA (Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King and Pierce County), Central WA (Wenatchee, Yakima, Tri-Cities) Eastern WA (Spokane area) Oregon State, Remote or Hybrid - (Portland Area, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and Medford)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Engage with existing clients to identify service needs and expand relationships across the firm.
- Build and foster internal relationships with firm leaders and service teams to enhance collaboration and client service delivery.
- Develop a scalable model for client expansion that can be used by both accountants and non-accountants.
- Serve as a key communicator between service areas to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Partner with the Relationship Development Director and firm leadership to identify, cultivate, and close high-value client opportunities.
- Serve as a relationship manager for key prospects and clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Facilitate best data management practices for tracking prospects and opportunities in CRM.
- Guide the growth of the CAS practice, working with internal leaders to develop a strong pipeline and achieve annual targets.
- Represent Larson Gross in key industry and community associations, expanding the firm’s visibility and influence.
- Mentor and involve firm members in networking and relationship-building efforts.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
- 7 years of experience successfully selling professional services or managing client relationships (medical sales background a strong fit!).
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, from prospecting to long-term client engagement.
- Expertise in proposal development, negotiation, and strategic relationship building.
- Strong executive presence, business acumen, and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate across internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with implementing a CRM system for sales tracking and reporting.
- A strong presence in the community, with deep knowledge of the geography and key business relationships in our markets.

Compensation Range: Base salary - $100,000-125,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
