• JD from an accredited law school, ensuring a solid foundation in legal principles and ethics.
• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in business litigation, which demonstrates a practical ability to handle court cases.

• Litigation Experience: Hands-on experience in handling various aspects of legal disputes, including trial preparation and execution, crucial for navigating the complexities of litigation.
