This role is 3 days on site in the Boston, Massachusetts Area
We are partnered on a Director level, Commercial Counsel search with a B2B SaaS company. This role will lead the execution of the Commercial legal function and have significant exposure to senior executives across the finance, sales, and GTM teams.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a small but growing legal department, being part of a business with significant and growing ARR.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the Commercial Legal function and supporting everything across SaaS, licensing, MSA’s, NDA’s, etc.
- Work closely with privacy, infosec, and security teams
- Potentially managing junior counsel and legal operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- 6 years of legal experience (ideally a mix of law firm and in-house within SaaS industry)
- JD required
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
